Return and Exchange Policy

At Sneaker Office, all sales are considered final. We maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy for size issues or change-of-mind requests.

However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The product is damaged/defective upon delivery

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • It is mandatory to record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the package

Returns without a valid unboxing video or sufficient proof will not be accepted.
Claims for box damage during transit will not be entertained.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at sneakeroffice005@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8865032596 within 3 days of delivery.

If your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup, or
  • If pickup is unavailable, you may ship the item to us, and courier charges will be reimbursed

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues or any other requests.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All purchases are final.
